Crowned Queen Clothing stocks a wide selection of its products on hand for fast turnaround service. However, a number of our product lines are pooled with other customer orders weekly to ensure our manufacturing team is working in the most efficient manor to produce products for our customers at the highest quality and lowest price point. This model can be compared to a style close to just in time manufacturing, where products are produced as they are ordered (longer lead time). Our process is a hybrid approach that allows our company to analyze order trends, stock high demand items, and pool other items for weekly production minimizing our customers lead time, lowering overhead and allowing us to offer you our great products at

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Our products at Crowned Queen Clothing are custom and made to order. Due to this, we are only able to accept returns for replacements in the case of quality defects only. If you happen to receive an item that you believe is of defective quality, please send us an email at Sales@CrownedQueenClothing.com and we will check your order against our pre-shipment quality report and then determine if the quality issue could be the effects of the courier used. If it is determined the item was damaged upon deliver with indications that damage could have been on behalf of delivery it self, a claim will be made with the courier company and returns will be held until finalization of said claim.
We will gladly accept returns of damaged goods or ones that have quality defects that are unworn, unwashed, fragrance/smoke-free condition with the original tags attached for replacement only. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable.
For Domestic orders: all quality inquires for product replacement must be received within 5 days of confirmed delivery.
For International orders: You must receive a request for return authorization form via email and then return your items to the address in the return email within 10 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on duties, taxes or shipping charges..

Replacements are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the return package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For Domestic US exchanges orders, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping. Only orders with standard shipping are eligible.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return package as Crowned Queen Clothing is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do have standard tracking numbers for every order.
